How to Redesign the Grounds and Signal Returns of Tele Harness Guitar

The following schematic diagram shows you the John Atcheley method of isolating the signal returns from the various grounds on the tele harness guitar (cable shields, pot cases, control plate, shielded cavities and bridge plate).
The tele harness diagram performed how to add the capasitor and resistor (180pF mica cap and 220k resistor) between the wiper of the pot and two terminals of switch section that are connected to the terminal of the pot. The capasitor helps retain high frequencies as you turn the volume control down while the resistor smooths out the taper that give you more control the critical higher volume settings.
