1. Take off the cap and shake the inhaler
2. Breathe out all the way

4. As in slowly breathing through your mouth, press down on the inhaler one time. If you use a holding chamber, first press down on the inhaler within 5 seconds then begin breathing slowly
5. Keep breathing slowly
6. Hold your breath as you count to 10 slowly (if you can)
7. It will take 15-30 seconds between puffs for inhaled quick-relief medicine (beta2-agonists).

The regulator of BMW 2 Motorcycle produce a constant voltage  for the charging of the battery and the rest of the electrics. The following diagram might guide you for maintaining your BMW 2 Motorcycle Regulator which should be kept the voltage within the range of 7-8V that will protect the generator from too high current.

In order to keep the voltage at range, this could be done by either dumping it to ground (if the voltage is too low), or shorting the field winding (if the voltage is too high). This regulator maintenance may prevent the battery from draining itself through the generator when the engine is not running.
