How to Install: Nokia Car Kit Bluetooth Power Cable Wires and Fuses

The schematic picture below shows the power cable of Nokia Bluetooth CK-15W Car Kit, if you need to install it by yourself. The power cable has the following wires and fuses:

1. +12V, car battery +, red
2. Ground, car battery -, black
3. Car radio mute, yellow
4. Car ignition sense, blue
5. 2A fuse
6. 1A fuse

And here are the guide steps for installing Nokia Bluetooth Car Kit Power Cable:

1. Connect the black wire to the vehicle ground.
2. Plug the yellow wire into the mute connector of the car radio.
3. Connect the blue wire to the ignition sense line of the car using the supplied 1 A fuse.
4. Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the 12 V car battery using the supplied 2 A fuse.
5. Plug the four-pin plug of the power cable into the DC power connector of the hands-free unit.
