Sponsored LinksIf you have a problem to repair the dry-joint of your Nissan Micra K11, here is a how-to guide for resoldering the
throttle body which some owners have reported. As it is, this how-to guide may improve idle and hesitation issues, pedal response, and fuel economy.
You’ll have to get some Silastic Automotive Silicone and something to clean the surface where the old rubber once was, then allow car to cool. Ensure to read the drying time for the silicone that it will be dry before driving the car later. Then you will be guided to remove the intake duct from the airbox that firmly seated to the throttle body, rotating the airbox side to side to pull it vertically off the Throttle Body, removing the potentiometer and airflow meter electrical plugs, revealing the circuit inside and three soldering points, and place the silicon around inside edge of the Throttle Body.
