How-to: Ford TFI Coil Harness to MSD Ignitions Installations

The illustration below diagrams the installation of MSD Ignitions (6 and 7 series) to the Ford TFI Coil Harness. This device is designed to provide a splice-free and simple installation of an MSD Ignition Control to Ford cars with a TFI Coil.

1. Disconnect the connector from the coil and connect to the MSC Harness

2. Connect the other end of the Harness to the Coil

3. Connect the four wires of the Harness to the MSD ignition Control

The 6 and 7 MSD Series Ignitions share the same color color wires (source: msdignition.com)
