And here is the descriptions of the Handrail Anatomy Components figure:

a)  Boundary Joist; fixed to the perimeter. Use 2/M12x100mm coach screws with 50×50 washers to support handrail
b)  Handrail Post (Baluster); fixed to the boundary joist using 2/M12 bolts with 50×50 washers
c)  Top Rail; fixed to the balusters with 100mm galvanised nails.
d)  Blocking; support the palings and is fixed to the underside of the top rail
e)  Bottom Rail; fixed to the balusters using 3 galvanised nails penetrating no less than 50mm into the baluster
f)  Palings; fixed to the top and bottom rails with two 60mm x 2.8mm shank diameter nails
