		<description>ORIENTAL FISH TERIYAKI   

1 lb. swordfish or tuna
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Marinate fish at least 1/2 hour each side 

TUNA BURGERS   

1 c. tuna (co-op brand with water)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 pieces toast crumbled (Living Bread) sprouted wheat
3 tbsp. Frank&#039;s catsup
1 egg
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Dill weed spice
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Celery and onion (chopped)
Dash of Tamari

Saute chopped onion and celery in small amount of vegetable. Mix all ingredients together. If burgers are too liquid, add more bread crumbs. Form into patties. Fry in skillet with small amount of oil.</description>
